Our Story

Our story began with a profound personal loss that transformed our lives forever. The death of our beloved daughter, Morgan Rose, was a devastating event that left us searching for ways to cope and heal. In our journey through grief, we discovered the transformative power of psilocybin therapy and its potential to bring hope and healing to others facing similar struggles.
Driven by a desire to honor our daughter’s memory and help others, we decided to open a mental health clinic specializing in cutting edge treatments, including psilocybin therapy. Our clinic is dedicated to providing innovative and compassionate care to individuals seeking relief from mental health challenges.
Through our commitment to research and holistic care, we strive to advance the field of mental health awareness and innovative treatments such as psilocybin therapy and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. Our clinic is a place of healing, growth, and transformation, where individuals can find support and guidance on their journey to mental wellness. By sharing our story, we hope to inspire others to seek help and find hope in the face of adversity.
About Our Center

Rose Healing Center is located in Lone Tree, Colorado, and is one of the first licensed psilocybin centers in the state. The space includes two dedicated psilocybin therapy rooms and one integration room, all housed within a medical complex shared with Rose NeuroSpa — our partnered mental health clinic. Some of our facilitators are clinicians from Rose NeuroSpa, while others are experienced, licensed facilitators from across Colorado. All hold active state licensure and bring a depth of clinical and therapeutic training to their work. Rose Healing Center provides the setting and support for this transformative process, while our facilitators accompany each participant with care, skill, and presence.

The Importance of Set and Setting

Â
Â
A participant’s mindset “set” and environment “setting” play a powerful role in shaping the psilocybin experience. “Set” is not just about entering the session with the right intentions — it’s also about doing the necessary preparatory work with a well-matched facilitator.
This relationship helps establish safety, clarity, and trust before the journey begins. Just as important is the setting itself: the physical space, sensory environment, and overall atmosphere in which the experience unfolds. At Rose Healing Center, every detail is intentionally considered to create a space that feels safe and supportive. When set and setting come into alignment, the inner journey is able to unfold with greater depth and meaning.

Set Your Intentions: Search for the Right Facilitator
The relationship between participant and facilitator is central to the healing process. Trust, comfort, and a sense of alignment can shape the depth and safety of the experience. At Rose Healing Center, we encourage participants to read through each facilitator’s bio to find someone who resonates — whether through shared background, therapeutic approach, or simply a feeling of connection. Our team includes a diverse group of licensed professionals with a wide range of styles, identities, and clinical expertise. If you’d like support with this process, our staff is happy to help provide guidance— because finding the right facilitator is a crucial first step.
