Full Psilocybin Journey
Psilocybin-assisted therapy at Rose Healing Center unfolds in three intentional phases: preparation, journey, and integration. The process begins with hours of preparatory work at the facilitator’s private practice or at our center, where participants build trust, set intentions, and engage in thoughtful conversation to ensure readiness and safety. The psilocybin session itself takes place at our center in a carefully held environment designed to support deep inward exploration. In the days and weeks that follow, integration sessions help participants process what arose, make meaning of their experience, and begin to translate insights into daily life. This full arc of care honors the depth of the work and ensures that healing is not only initiated, but supported over time.
Each facilitator sets pricing which includes preparation, journey and integration sessions, brain scan before and after journey and cost of psylocybin medication.
Additional Ancillary Services available upon request

Microdosing
In addition to offering guided full psilocybin journeys, Rose Healing Center offers support for individuals exploring microdosing — the practice of taking very small doses of psilocybin that don’t produce noticeable psychedelic effects. While microdosing does not lead to a full journey experience, many people report benefits such as improved mood, focus, and emotional resilience over time. Unlike full-dose sessions, which often involve immersive inner experiences, microdosing offers a more subtle approach — ideal for those seeking gentle shifts in mood, and perspective without the intensity of a full psychedelic journey. Our facilitators offer guidance to ensure that this practice is approached safely, ethically, and with care. Microdosing can be a gentle yet powerful way to cultivate presence, clarity, and connection in everyday life.
If a facilitator offers microdosing services, pricing and an overview of microdosing services will be established by the facilitator.

Out-Of-State
We welcome individuals from across the country to journey with us at Rose Healing Center. Many people choose to travel to Colorado for psilocybin-assisted therapy, and we are honored to support that process.
While in-person sessions must take place at our licensed facility, we also offer virtual preparation and integration for those traveling from afar. In accordance with licensing laws, any virtual sessions must be conducted with a facilitator who holds an active license in the state where the participant resides — and we’re happy to try to match you with a qualified provider from our network to ensure care remains safe, legal, and seamless. Our recommendation for travel includes:
- An initial travel day so you can arrive a day prior to your journey
- One full day devoted to your journey
- One rest day (or more) to explore Colorado
- A travel day to return home
We have collaborated with local partners that can make your trip as memorable as possible.
Psilocybin Journeys
What to Expect

Preparation
Whether experiencing a full Journey or a Microdosing experience, we view preparation as a foundational, essential part of the process. Before any psilocybin session takes place, participants must engage in one-on-one time with a facilitator, often spread across multiple sessions. This time is devoted to building trust, fostering a sense of safety, and developing a strong therapeutic alliance. Facilitators guide participants through intention-setting, clarifying hopes and fears, and helping shape the work around participant’s goals. We also ensure every participant receives clear, thorough information about risks, benefits, and alternatives to support truly informed consent. This stage is where the journey begins — grounded in care, collaboration, and mutual respect.

Psilocybin Journey
3 – 8 hours depending on dose and sensitivity
Each psilocybin journey is shaped by the foundation laid in preparation. The reflections, intentions, and trust built beforehand help guide the experience itself, which can take many forms. Some sessions may bring vivid imagery, emotional release, or deep insight, while others offer quiet stillness or gentle shifts in perspective. No two journeys are alike. What remains constant is the setting: a private, supportive space where participants are accompanied throughout by a trained facilitator. Psilocybin can open the door to buried emotions and inner truths that have gone unacknowledged — inviting each participant to face what has been hidden. For some, the experience may also evoke a sense of awe or spiritual insight — moments that can feel deeply meaningful, regardless of belief system. Though the experience may be expansive or painful, it is grounded in the safety and structure established by the facilitator.

Post Integration Therapy
The psilocybin experience does not end when the medicine wears off — in many ways, that’s when the real work begins. Integration is the essential process of making sense of what emerged during the journey and weaving those insights into daily life. This phase typically takes a few to several hours and may unfold over multiple sessions, depending on the individual’s experience and needs. Facilitators work closely with participants to help ground the experience, explore its meaning, and tend to anything still unfolding. Without integration, even the most profound experience can remain untethered. With it, healing becomes sustainable and a catalyst for lasting change.
For those who wish to continue their growth beyond the initial arc of preparation, journey, and integration, we offer pathways for long-term care and connection through our community of trusted providers.
